Everything DealCraft does for you, researching an account, building a sales plan, drafting a message, starts from your Company Brain, built from what it knows about your business. We gather this mainly from your website, occasionally supplemented with documents like brand guidelines, brochures, or example sales proposals. This stays isolated to your account and is never used to train shared models.

As part of the one-hour success call built into your plan, we'll examine your Company Brain setup and help you improve it.

Enterprise plans get dedicated onboarding, which includes expert Company Brain setup.

Business and Business Pro both include email support, a quarterly newsletter with tips and best practice, and a one-hour success call in your first month to answer your questions and help you get the most from DealCraft. Once a Business Pro account has more than 10 users, it also gets a dedicated account manager.

Yes, with either the Business or Business Pro plans you are allowed up to 30 users.

You can track your own and your team's usage on the Dashboard, and we'll flag it well before any limit affects your work. You're never charged extra automatically. Managers also get a firm-level view so they can see if one or more users are approaching their limit before it becomes an issue and they have additional firm-wide usage they can apply,
