How Dealcraft differs from generic AI tools
Why not give every seller a generalist AI?
Generic AI tools are helping sellers write faster. They are not helping them sell better. Whilst they hand the seller a powerful capability, to make them work the seller has to craft the right prompts and provide the right context. The seller has to do all the work of making the AI useful when they don't have the time or the knowledge.
DealCraft already has the sales knowledge, holds your value propositions, and structures the right output for the right moment. The seller just uses it.

DealCraft is built for firms that manage B2B mid-market and enterprise level sales pipelines with complex sales processes.
It supports account executives who are responsible for winning new clients and selling more to existing clients. By doing the research, preparation and analysis work throughout the sales cycle it enables the executives to walk into every conversation sharper.
Additionally, it gives sales leaders better pipeline visibility and coaching insights and supports revenue operations teams looking for better sales opportunity intelligence and forecast accuracy.

Think about what you do across the life of a sales opportunity.
Before a conversation there's a mountain of preparation. Researching the buyer's organisation, mapping stakeholders, identifying the signals that matter, building the right narrative for the right situation. DealCraft does all of it. It constructs insight-led messaging grounded in the buyer's real situation, builds a structured meeting narrative, and delivers it all to a best-practice sales methodology standard that is anchored in what your firm specifically sells and the value you create.
Your picture of every opportunity stays current as it develops. Every email thread, document, call and meeting transcript, stakeholder and company update and signal is captured and organised, with sales judgment applied to interpret what each development means for the sale.
After each conversation, DealCraft processes what happened. It updates the sales plan, refreshes the qualification picture, and prepares the questions and follow-up that come next.
Running through DealCraft are the principles behind some of the world's most widely used sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, McKinsey’s SCR Framework (situation, complication, resolution), and Miller Heiman. Not as licensed programmes, but as the research-validated principles they were founded on. Applied to the right moment in every opportunity for rigorous qualification, insight construction, structured problem diagnosis and account planning.

Grounding
Generic AI tools know about your category, not your business. DealCraft is grounded in your own Company Brain — your actual positioning and differentiators.
Memory
Ask a generic AI tool about an opportunity and it only knows what you paste into that conversation. DealCraft's Vault already has the history — every email, transcript and signal captured.
Discipline
Generic AI tools will happily answer with confidence even when it's guessing. DealCraft is evidence-tiered by design - it tells you what's missing, rather than fabricating an answer.
Effort
Every generic AI output depends on the seller prompting it well, every time. DealCraft routes and organises deal context on its own - no prompt engineering required.
-
No. DealCraft sits alongside the CRM your team already uses and can be integrated with some common CRMs such as Salesforce. It's the reasoning layer sellers open to do the work, not another system of record. Your existing CRM data, permissions and governance stay as they are.
-
No. The Business Plan is specifically for small businesses. Any size of business involved in complex B2B selling will get value.
Onboarding and support
-
For Business and Business Pro plans, setup is part of your initial registration: a guided online process that takes less than 10 minutes. We just need some basic information about your company and the products or services you sell.
Everything DealCraft does for you, researching an account, building a sales plan, drafting a message, starts from your Company Brain, built from what it knows about your business. We gather this mainly from your website, occasionally supplemented with documents like brand guidelines, brochures, or example sales proposals. This stays isolated to your account and is never used to train shared models.
As part of the one-hour success call built into your plan, we'll examine your Company Brain setup and help you improve it.
Enterprise plans get dedicated onboarding, which includes expert Company Brain setup.
-
Business and Business Pro both include email support, a quarterly newsletter with tips and best practice, and a one-hour success call in your first month to answer your questions and help you get the most from DealCraft. Once a Business Pro account has more than 10 users, it also gets a dedicated account manager.
Enterprise plans get a named Success Manager who has responsibility for your account and helps you get maximum value from DealCraft. In addition, you have direct access to a support team for day-to-day use issues.
Data and security
-
DealCraft complies with GDPR and all our customer data is stored within the EU.
Your company data is completely isolated from other DealCraft users. This is enforced at server level, not just through configuration. The large language model we use is hosted by our AI infrastructure provider, Fireworks, which does not log or store prompts or outputs beyond a brief caching window. Fireworks holds its own SOC 2 Type II report.
You can find out more about our security here.
